1 Week: $200
2 Weeks: $340 (15% off)
3 Weeks: $510 (15% off)
4 Weeks: $680 (15% off)
Payment Terms
50% non-refundable deposit upon booking. Remaining balance due two weeks before exhibition start date.
What’s Included
- 3 wall spaces in Studio Gallery:
- White Wall: 5.5.ft x 7ft | 5.5ft x 13.5ft Peg wall: 6ft x 11ft
- One Gallery Event Night (Friday or Saturday, based on class schedule) organized by the Artist with the support of the Hive
- Viewing/purchases during regular business hours without the artist being present
- Hive member support for setup/takedown
- Promotional Campaign Template (optional)
Artist Responsibilities
- Installation and takedown
- Primary promotion
- Presence required for Gallery Event
- Alcohol service during Gallery Night must comply with Ontario regulations
Installation Guidelines
- Hanging with nails/hardware permitted
- Label each work with title, medium, and price (Hive Labels available upon request)
- Hive member available for install
- No table top displays since this is a functioning classroom
Sales & Commission Terms
- 10% commission on all artwork sales
– Sales are run through the Hive unless arranged otherwise
– Payments to artists issued within 7 days of show closing
– Artist responsible for HST if applicable

- The Hive is not liable for damage or theft
- Install/takedown dates scheduled around existing classes and Hive schedule
